Dr. Fernando Martínez Taboada

I graduated as a veterinarian in Spain and worked for several years in small animal practice both in Spain and in the UK.
I followed a residency in anaesthesia and analgesia at the University of Bristol, obtaining the title of European Specialist in Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia (DipECVAA) in 2010.
Over the years I have worked and managed anaesthesia departments in multiple university and private hospitals.
My clinical and research interests focus on the management of acute and chronic pain, especially using procedures such as nerve blocks, spinal and epidural anesthesia.
